About
With a background that spans military service as a U.S. Army Cavalry Scout, law enforcement, supply chain operations, and IT leadership, Brandon brings a structured, mission-driven approach to every project. He has led large-scale operational improvements, managed multimillion-dollar hardware initiatives, and built systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and long-term scalability.
Often described as a “jack of all trades” with a “trash panda” mindset, Brandon has built his career on figuring things out, making use of what’s available, and turning overlooked problems into working solutions. His work sits at the intersection of technology and human behavior—shaped in part by his own experience with ADHD and ASD.
He is the author of a book on navigating ADHD in real-world environments—part practical guide, part lived experience—available on Amazon (yes, an actual product drop this time).
Outside of work, Brandon is a dedicated family man who values time at home just as much as time building systems. Living near the water in Michigan, he enjoys the slower moments—especially watching freighters pass by—something that reflects his mindset: steady, deliberate, and always moving forward.
He has also been volunteering with Team Rubicon since 2013, supporting disaster response efforts across Texas and Michigan, continuing a long-standing commitment to service beyond the uniform.
At the end of the day, Brandon isn’t interested in perfect systems—he builds ones that hold up in the real world. When things get messy, he leans in, brings structure to the chaos, and gets it working.
